A staircase from the living room leads to the lower floor.

Here are 3 large bedrooms, all with good double beds, but different layout.

2 of the sleeping rooms have direct access to their own bathroom with shower.

From all 3 bedrooms there is direct access to even a beautiful terrace where the large heated swimming pool is located.

All the undisturbed terraces of Casa Lobo - total nearly 200 m² - provides an opportunity to enjoy the area's wonderful climate and the pool area. There are 6 sun beds.

In a separate laundry room, there is washing machine available to our tenants and the associated drying room ensures that the clothes quickly dries in the fresh Mediterranean air.

From the terraces you can be fortunate to see playful dolphins in the Mediterranean Sea just off the house. It is hard to imagine a more beautiful sight morning coffee!

Casa Lobo's garden is a beautiful exotic garden with beautiful palm trees, fruit trees, vines and flowers. The garden will be taken care of by the gardener who occasionally dropping by for water and supervising the garden. The pool in the same way is cared for by a professional pool man.

Casa Lobo is located only 2 km from the city Salabrena and close to the road with good running conditions.

You are free to park his car in either the carport or garage just outside the house. Despite the central location, there is no nuisance from traffic noise at the villa, which is completely undisturbed for both traffic and neighbors.
