Rental per week (in Euros) is for a maximum of six people. It is possible to have extra beds set up in the villa for an additional fee of 80 € / person / week.

Jacuzzi in the winter:

During the winter months (from November - Easter) use of our Jacuzzi - the top model from the Hotspring - is included in the prices. It is a large 7-person spa (model Grandee).

The Jacuzzi is in the lower part of our newly designed garden, and from this place you'll have the most magnificent views over the Mediterranean.

Booking Conditions:

Cleaning, linen, electricity and pool heating:

The final cleaning of the house, electricity, bed linen and towels for use in the villa during your stay are included in the rental price. The services of our English hostess is included as well. We calculate these costs for you. 

In 2009 a solar panel heating system for the pool has been installed. The use of pool heating is included in rental price.

In winter the house is heated with heat pumps, available in the house and there is also a wood burner. We have air-condition in all bedroom and in the living room.

Remember that the house must be returned in same condition and with the same layout as on your arrival.

Minimum rent:
Minimum rent is one week, but off-season you can rent for days, if you pay 1 / 7 of the weekly price for extra days. You can plan your vacation after the cheapest travel days. In high season, rent of the house is usually from Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit and payment:
You pay a deposit of 25 % of the rent within 7 days after booking the house. A further payment of 280 Euros, has to be paid as a security deposit on arrival. This deposit is returned on the return of all keys and, after finding that the house in the same condition as before the rental period. Damaged property will be deducted from the deposit.

The full rental amount payable within 8 weeks before rental period.

Cancellation:
Cancellation can be made up to 8 weeks before rental period. Paid deposit of 25 % of rent is not paid back.

In case of cancellation later than 8 weeks before the rental period, a refund (excl. deposit of 25%) will be made only if the house is rented to another tenant for the full price.

A signed lease will be sent when the deposit is received and only at this time is the agreement binding.
